On the anniversary of the death of St. Lucian political and cultural icon, the late George Odlum, St. Lucians at home and abroad were stunned by the sudden news of the death of calypso legend Jeff 'Pelay' Elva. The FRC offers its condolences to his family and the music family of St. Lucia, especially calypsonians. A biography will be posted later.
